I have been to Pomona and its just a drag strip! This
circuit from NJ resident Bob Pomann is definitely not
a drag, it’s a wonderful scenic 4-lane track that uses
Scalextric Sport track. It also contains over 1,200
miniature people, I counted them!

Arriving just before going to press we just had to
show you this from Scalextric. It is by far the largest
1/32nd scale car that has ever come from the team
at Margate and will take you back on a wonderful
nostalgic trip to your childhood!
58 THE NSR WELSH GRAND PRIX
Just before Christmas the likable bunch of fun-loving
slot racers down at the Llantrisant Slot Car Club in
South Wales, held their annual end of season race
meeting. Twenty racers turned up, but could anyone
topple Craig Jones?
